Printing Guide

Design File
-
File Formats: We can print paintings, photos, designs, and even museum artwork directly onto your scarves. Accepted file formats include JPG, TIFF, PSD, PDF, and AI.
-
Resolution: For best results, upload high-resolution images (150–300dpi) that remain sharp at full size to ensure flawless reproduction.
-
Upload Method: For large files, please send via WeTransfer or Google Drive, etc.
-
Color Matching: Due to different computer displays and fabric thickness, there will be a 5%-15% color difference. For better color matching, please use CMYK color mode and provide Pantone Code before production.

Digital Print
-
Complex Designs: Capable of producing delicate gradients and high-precision patterns (e.g., photorealistic effects).
-
Flexibility for Small Batches: Ideal for personalized customization or small orders, with 20 pcs MOQ.
-
No Plate Fees: Eliminates the cost of plate-making, making it suitable for frequently updated designs.
-
Eco-Friendliness: Uses less water and generates relatively lower pollution.

Double-sided Digital Print
-
This printing method adopts digital printing techniques, however, it allows printing designs on both sides.
-
Double-sided: The same or different designs can be shown on one scarf.
-
MOQ: 30 pcs per design
-
this process takes a longer time than single-side digital print to produce.

Screen Print
-
Uses mesh screens to transfer ink onto fabric color by color, requiring separate screens.
-
Rich Color Saturation: Strong ink coverage, ideal for vibrant solid colors or opaque designs.
-
Excellent Durability: Ink bonds deeply with fibers, ensuring wash and sun resistance.
-
Cost-Effective for Bulk Orders: Low per-unit cost after initial setup, enabling efficient mass production, MOQ 200 pcs.
-
High Setup Costs: Not economical for small orders due to Plate preparation expenses.
